This 3 story condominium remodel required a complete renovation of the property’s interior. The project began with resurfacing of the natural stone fireplace. The 2-story staircase was reconstructed to adjust pitch and width. The walk-in shower on the upper level, master suite was newly tiled and a vanity was installed complete with contemporary, finished hardware. Custom built ins were added to the entryway and game room to offer additional storage space. Modern light fixtures were updated in each room to improve the home’s ambiance. The pantry style kitchen was fully renovated, complete with new quartz countertops, and custom built in cabinetry. Modern closet doors replaced the original design to complete the look.
