Blanc & Bailey Construction recently completed a home renovation project that perfectly exemplifies the beauty of modern design coupled with optimal functionality. Our clients sought to revamp their living space, enhancing the flow and utility of their home. With a keen eye on aesthetics, they desired clean lines and a contemporary feel while prioritizing functionality and storage.

In the heart of the project, the kitchen underwent a striking transformation, complete with GE Monogram appliances, and custom cabinetry for a timeless, sleek look. Hickory Hardware pulls and knobs added a finished look of sophistication. To elevate the overall experience, Kohler fixtures were seamlessly integrated throughout the home, offering both reliability and style. Light played a pivotal role in rejuvenating the space, and we sourced unique lighting fixtures from Lumens.com, infusing the home with a warm, inviting glow.

This project extended far beyond the kitchen. Our team reimagined the entire ground floor, creating a more streamlined flow into the dining room, adding a convenient first-floor powder room, optimizing the laundry space, and crafting a dedicated gym area. The foyer was converted into a practical gear area, catering to the homeowners’ love of skiing and providing a tidy, accessible solution for their coats and boots. Upstairs, the master bath underwent a complete overhaul. We enclosed and updated the shower, refreshed the tile floor, and transformed the vanity into a modern masterpiece.
